We offer 3 Production options
1. EXPRESS SERVICE
In order to meet the tightest deadlines, we offer an Express Service where your order will be despatched on the next working day following proof approval (and receipt of payment - non account customers). To enable us to meet such tight deadlines we do require the following.
1. Proof approval (and receipt of payment - non account customers) MUST be received by 11.00 hours latest on the day preceding despatch.
2. A purchase order clearly stating, the quantity required of each product, the invoice address, delivery address and any additional information (e.g. timed delivery). This MUST be received by 11.00 hours latest on the day preceding despatch. We always advise working from a FREE finished mat proof.
Finished mat proofs are usuallly manufactured on day of receipt of artwork (provided artwork arrives before 11.30am). Proofs are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post but can be despatched by Next Day Courier @ £12.00 per proof if requested. If time does not permit manufacturing a finished mat proof we are able to run from approval of a PDF proof (Express orders only), however we are not able to take responsibility for any errors that occur, however caused, when running a job from a PDF proof only.
2. STANDARD SERVICE
On standard service we aim to despatch all orders in 5 working days from approval of proof (and receipt of payment - non account customers).
On standard service we cannot guarantee to meet earlier specified deadlines - if you have a tighter deadline please use our Express Service. We will only work from a finished mat proof, provided FREE, which are usually manufactured on day of receipt of artwork (provided artwork arrives before 11.30am).
Proofs are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post but can bedespatched by Next Day Courier @ £12.00 per proof if requested.
3. ECONOMY SERVICE
Our Economy Service offers extremely competitive prices for orders that are not required by a specific date. On Economy Service we aim to despatch all orders within 10 working days from approval of proof (and receipt of payment - non account customers).
On Economy Service we cannot meet specified deadlines - if you have a specific deadline please use our Standard (5 day) or Express (next day) service. We will only work from a finished mat proof, provided FREE, which are usually manufactured on day following receipt of artwork. Proofs are despatched by Royal Mail 1st class post.
Carriage
Standard Carriage - Orders are usually despatched by DPD next day service & will require a signature on delivery.
Other services are available to meet your requirements (split/timed/48 hour/offshore or international) all carriage is charged at cost. If you require a timed delivery or wish to arrange collection please advise at time of order. All goods are despatched in unbranded plain boxes and on request can be sent plain wrap direct to your customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Service options are subject to production capacity being available at time of approval. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by unusable/late artwork, delays in approval of proofs or delays in receipt of payment. Goods are shipped using A 3rd party courier, usually DPD, whose terms and conditions for shipping are available on request. Any goods produced are shipped on the understanding that the couriers terms and conditions prevail once the goods have been collected by them. If goods are required by a specific deadline (e.g. before 10.30am next day) the extent of our liability will be to despatch the goods on time using the couriers appropriate service, we can not guarantee delivery on time. If our couriers terms and conditions do not meet your needs, you are welcome to arrange collection by coutier or in person.
